Our membership categories are based on Whispers fictional characters , Appep, Thatcher, Whispers Junior, Pajero and Investment.
• Appep is the highest rank; members in this category are required to pay Kshs, 4,500.00 annually. Members can borrow books valued up to 5 books at any one time.
• Thatcher is the second rank; members in this category are required to pay Kshs. 3,500.00 annually. Members can borrow books valued up to 4 books at any one time.
• Whispers Juniour is the third rank; members in this category are required to pay Kshs 2,500.00 annually. Members can borrow books valued up to 3 books at any one time.
• Pajero is the forth rank; members in this category are required to pay Kshs 1,500 annually. Members can borrow book valued up to 2 books at any one time.
• Whizz Kids is the children category; children are allowed to register at a fee of Kshs. 1000. Children can then borrow books valued up to 2 children books ob at any one time.
Investment is a flexible plan for members who wish to enjoy more.For a fee of Kshs. 10,000 annually, members can enjoy full den privileges i.e. up to 10 books borrowed, full access to reading zones, full internet access, one child free membership and 15% discount on books!

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS.
• There is no time limit on the returning the books but we will encourage you to return books so that you can borrow some more.
• You cannot get books above your limit unless you return those previously borrowed
• Membership and registration fees is non-refundable
• Membership is valid from a period of one year, commencing on the day of registration
• All books will have marked value and the state of their condition is shown
• If a book is lost or stolen, it is deemed sold and a member will be required to settle the cost less 10% member discount
• All books are required to be returned in similar condition(fair wear and tear is allowed)
• If there is a dispute over the book condition, the member will be required to purchase the book at the marked price less 10% membership discount.
• Borrowing is not applicable to reference material and magazines
• Membership can be cancelled without notice or refund should there be any misuse of the privilege
